These Terms of Service govern your use of the Vanish Paintless Dent Repair website and the services we provide. By using this site or requesting an estimate or service from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our Services

We provide paintless dent repair, auto detailing, ceramic coating, and related services from our shop in Riverbank, California. We are a shop-based business and customers bring their vehicles to us. We do not offer mobile service.

Information on this site describes our services in general terms. It is not a binding offer, and the specific work, timeline, and result for your vehicle are confirmed in person after we inspect it.

Estimates and Pricing

Any prices, ranges, or savings mentioned on this site are estimates for general guidance only. They are not guaranteed quotes. Your final price depends on the condition of your vehicle and the scope of work, and is confirmed after an in-person inspection.

Free estimates cover an assessment of the work. They do not obligate you to proceed, and they do not obligate us to perform work we do not believe we can complete to a high standard.

Workmanship and Results

Paintless dent repair depends on factors such as the location, depth, and age of the damage and whether the paint is intact. We will tell you honestly before any work begins if we do not believe a high-quality result is achievable, and many but not all dents can be fully removed.

We stand behind our work. If you have a concern about a completed repair, contact us and we will make it right wherever we reasonably can.

Appointments, Payment, and Your Vehicle

Please remove personal belongings from your vehicle before service. We take care of every vehicle in our shop, but we are not responsible for items left inside.

Payment is due on completion of the agreed work unless we arrange otherwise in writing. We will explain accepted payment methods when you book.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, our liability for any claim arising from our services or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Website Content and Intellectual Property

The text, photos, videos, and other content on this site are owned by us or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Real customer photos and videos are shown to illustrate the work we do.

This site may link to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Stanislaus County, California.
