A full detail is not a fancy car wash. It is the combination of our complete interior detail and our complete exterior detail, done in one visit so every surface of the vehicle gets brought up to the same standard at the same time. Inside, that means the seats, carpets, floor mats, door panels, center console, cup holders, vents, dash, headliner as needed, and all the interior glass. Outside, it means a careful hand wash, the wheels and tires and wheel wells, the door jambs, the exterior glass, and finish work on the paint to lift off the road film that a quick wash leaves behind.

The reason people book the full detail instead of picking interior or exterior on its own is that the two halves expose each other. A spotless interior makes faded, filmy paint look worse, and fresh paint makes a grimy cabin impossible to ignore. Doing both in one go is also more efficient, which is why the combined price comes in below booking the two services separately. You end up with a car that is consistent top to bottom rather than clean in one place and tired in another.

We work in a deliberate order so we are never cleaning the same surface twice. The exterior gets washed and decontaminated first using the safe two-bucket method and proper wash media, so we are lifting grit away from the paint instead of dragging it across the clear coat and grinding in swirl marks the way an automatic tunnel wash does. Wheels, tires, and wheel wells get their own dedicated cleaners and brushes, because the brake dust and baked-on road grime out there should never touch the mitt that goes on your paint.

Inside, we go top down and dry to wet. Loose debris and a thorough vacuum come first, including under the seats and down in the seat tracks where the real grit hides. Then we clean and condition each surface with products matched to the material, so leather, vinyl, plastic, and fabric each get treated correctly rather than hit with one all-purpose spray. Vents, seams, buttons, and the little detailing around the shifter and cup holders get worked with brushes and detailing tools, because that fine-grain dust is what separates a real detail from a wipe-down.

We finish by stepping back and checking the car the way you will see it, in good light, from the angles you actually look at it from. Streaks on glass, a missed spot in a door jamb, lint left on a dark dash: those are the things that make a detail feel unfinished, and they are the things we catch before you ever see the car. Detailing is a cleaning and finishing service, not body or paint repair. It will make your paint as clean, smooth, and bright as that paint can be, but it does not remove dents, fill rock chips, or repaint scratches that have gone through the clear coat. A wash and finish can hide very light marring, but deep scratches and swirl-heavy paint that you want truly corrected need machine paint correction, which is a separate service we offer on the ceramic side. We will tell you up front which of the two your paint actually needs.

Inside, there are honest limits too. We can dramatically improve stains, odors, and worn surfaces, and most cars clean up far better than owners expect. But permanent dye stains, cigarette burns, torn upholstery, melted plastic, and smells that have soaked deep into the foam and headliner may improve without fully disappearing. If a problem is beyond what cleaning can do, we will say so before we start rather than after you have paid, so you can decide whether the result is worth it to you.

Cloudy headlights are a good example of staying in our lane. A full detail will wash and polish the lens surface, but lenses that are genuinely yellowed and oxidized need our dedicated headlight restoration to come back clear and stay clear. We will flag it if we see it, and we will never charge you for a result a detail cannot deliver. Honest expectations up front are the whole point.
